Declaration of company policy regarding quality for STAC PLASTIC S.r.l.

STAC PLASTIC's main aim is to strengthen and develop its position in the field of industrial release agents and aerosol products car care.

In consideration of the market's technological and competitive evolution, plus the increasingly demanding performance requests, it has been decided to promote and highlight a real Quality Policy.

Considering the type of service offered, it is essential for the Company to ensure a constant level of quality and a service which is both punctual and attentive to the needs of the customers.

The Managing Director therefore considers the realization of a Quality System, conforming with the requisites laid out in the UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 regulation, to be a vital point of the Company's Quality Policy.

To ensure the development, the setting-up and the maintenance of the Quality System, the Managing Director has authorized the Head of Quality Assurance to make this manual operative, and has conferred upon him the responsibility to guarantee the correct realization and conformity with the relevant regulations..

In particular, the Head of Quality Assurance has the authority and the responsibility to look after all inspections, supervision and the checking of the realization and the efficacy of the manual's precepts.

He must keep the Managing Director constantly informed of the state of the Quality System, and of the actions taken to ensure its efficacy..

The requisites and the conditions regarding the realization of the activities described in this manual outline the Company's Quality Policy and, as such, require the complete adherence of all personnel involved in those activities, within the limits of their respective duties and responsibilities.

In addition, the Managing Director promotes the continuous improvement of the organization, involving all the personnel, with the ultimate aim being the customer's satisfaction. The specific objectives are defined in an improvement plan that is discussed within the ambit of the periodic Re-examination of Management.
